Learn how to make your own ‘milk’ using nuts, coconut or oats; make a quick and easy cashew cheese; and finish off by making a delicious tofu based dessert – you’d never know it wasn’t dairy! Take your creations home with you, along with recipes to try at home.

It may be getting easier to source plantbased dishes, but plantbased AND gluten free is a little more difficult. Learn about alternatives you can use in recipes, and make a couple of grain-free dishes to share.
